Built by someone who's actually closed deals.
RealtorTasks started because the founder spent a decade in real estate watching good agents drown in title chases, inbox triage, and broker-compliance checklists. Every existing VA platform either matched you with someone who'd never opened a title commitment, or quoted enterprise pricing for a single solo agent. There was no middle option built for the way real estate actually works.
So we built one. Every assistant on the team is college-educated, trained on the platforms agents actually use - dotloop, Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Qualia, SkySlope, Luxury Presence - and onboarded by a senior coordinator who's run hundreds of files. They start by shadowing live transactions, not by reading a generic VA handbook. By the time they touch your business, they already know what a 3-day option period means and why an HOA estoppel can blow up a Friday close.
What makes us different from a generic VA platform is the bench behind your assistant. When your TC is out, another trained TC covers the file - not a generalist guessing at deadlines. When something escalates, a senior coordinator gets involved the same day. You're hiring a team disguised as a single point of contact, and that's the only way real estate ops should work.
